Ryan Fisher
President, Wieden & Kennedy London
Ryan Fisher joined Wieden+Kennedy London in 2007, managing key clients, including Honda, Arla Foods, and Nike. In 2012, Ryan helped the network win a competitive pitch for Nike in Brazil. Following the success of that pitch, he moved to Sao Paulo as Group Account Director for Nike in the lead-up to the 2014 World Cup. Returning to London towards the end of 2014, Ryan led the Tesco and Samsung accounts before returning to oversee Nike EMEA.
Ryan has helped bring to life some of W+K’s most memorable work, including Nike’s ‘Nothing Beats a Londoner,’ ‘My Time is Now’ and Cravendale’s ‘Cats with Thumbs.’
In his time at Wieden+Kennedy London, Ryan has helped develop the culture of the agency, with a focus on increasing diversity. In 2015, he created and managed the London version of The Kennedys, a creative incubator programme focusing on bringing diverse brains and backgrounds into the agency. The programme, in its ninth year, has become a hugely important staple in the agency’s culture.
In 2018, Ryan moved to Tokyo to become Managing Director of W+K Tokyo, working on international brands such as Audi, IKEA, and Nike, as well as many local brands. He reshaped the office to deliver great work across the region. He returned to London as Head of Growth in 2021 before becoming President in 2022.
