Chief Marketing Officer, Channel 4

Katie joined Channel 4’s multi-award-winning in-house agency 4creative as Managing Director in July 2022, tasked with continuing their mission to produce bold, innovative, and culturally potent work that builds on the channel’s unique remit. In July 2024 she was appointed CMO, taking on additional responsibility for Marketing & Brand, Media Planning and Content Communications. 

Prior to joining 4creative, Katie spent three years at Omnicom’s TBWA\London overseeing operations, Client management, talent and culture – latterly as Chief Operating Officer – and sat on the Omniwomen UK + Allies UK Committee for two years running. During her tenure, the agency saw its highest ever Client satisfaction scores, collected a Cannes Grand Prix and multiple accolades for its work across categories, grew its balance sheet and was awarded Best Agency Culture.

Prior to joining TBWA\London, Katie ran Grey London’s flagship M&S retail business and had stints at Leagas Delaney, Y&R and independent agency Brothers & Sisters, where she led the award-winning ‘Bears’ campaign in 2015.

She is also a founding member of Ovarian Cancer Action’s Next Generation Women’s Collective, spearheading work recognised by Creative Circle, amongst others, for the charity.
