Adele Lewis Bridgeman

Adele is founder of the Responsible Resourcing Agency, who bring together Recruitment, HR Consultancy and Learning and development programmes to create bespoke solutions and inclusive hiring practices for clients within the advertising and media industries. With over ten years’ experience as a recruitment specialist, prior to founding RRA, Adele worked with LADbible Group, heading up their recruitment and DE&I strategy globally. Prior to this she previously held senior roles at The Marketing Store and GroupM UK where she helped launch their first and largest diversity and inclusion initiative and Wavemaker's apprenticeship programme.
