Michael Horn
Global Head of AI, TBWA\Worldwide
As Global Head of AI for Omnicom Advertising Group, Michael drives an ambitious, transformational, and creative roadmap for AI capabilities and adoption for 30,000 creative professionals. In partnership with Omnicom’s Chief Technology Officer and Chief Digital Officer, and with the AI leaders of each network and agency, he identifies opportunities for strategic differentiation in AI internally and for leading global and regional clients. He champions first-in-category partnerships with emerging AI start-ups, enterprise providers, and academic institutions.
Michael joined Omnicom in 2021 as Global Head of Data Product for TBWA\Worldwide, expanding his role to include AI leadership in September 2023. There he launched TBWA’s “Disruption Index” proprietary intelligence platform, with data spanning 29 countries, and co-founded TBWA’s “Disruption Accelerator” global center of excellence.
With a deep background in ethical data applications and responsible AI, Michael has co-authored industry working papers, contributed extensively to media coverage of emerging data science applications, and advised regulatory bodies on the data economy.
